Day 1: Campo Grande – Fazenda Baía das Pedras
Arrival at the airport of Campo Grande, where assistance with name board is waiting for you. Air transfer in a small air plane, Cessna 206 // 210 or a Piper Arrow for an unforgettable flight of approximately 50 minutes. After crossing the mountains, the pilot will descend into the Pantanal plain, flying low at only 600 feet over the wetlands. This will give you a good overview of the landscape: forested islands, lagoons, lakes, oxbows, channels and the scattered ranchsteads built on the highest grounds to avoid the annual flooding. From the airplane one can spot marsh deers, capybaras, pekaris and bigger flocks of birds. Arrival at Fazenda Baía das Pedras for lunch. Short presentation of the area and general information before the first tour on the trip: a short horse ride in the surroundings to get the first impressions of the Pantanal´s amazing biodiversity. Day 2 & 3: Fazenda Baía das Pedras
There are many great tours and activities available at Baía das Pedras, where you will be able to go horseback riding (the best way to explore the landscapes of the Pantanal), hiking, 4WD vehicle, canoe tours, visits to neighbor ranches, lunch out in the bushes, night safari and also cattle ranching – where you can be part of an authentic cultural activity from Pantanal. You will find plenty of wildlife and nature on exclusive trails, and all tours and activities are supported by experienced native guides. You are able to choose any other tour available at the ranch. Overnight. (B,L,D) 

Day 4:  Fazenda Baía das Pedras – Fazenda Primavera Camp
After an early breakfast, depart to Fazenda Primavera (camp site). Day-long horseback riding. We will travel along the fantastic landscape of Vazante do Castelo, where we can enjoy the exuberant fauna and flora pantaneira and the amazing and unspoiled scenery. We will follow through an open landscape, surrounded by native forests (cerrado), along the shores of the Vazante. This is a great opportunity for birdwatching.
A break for lunch at Retiro São Luís where a car will be awaiting with the lugagge and the necessary infra-structure. We will continue horseback riding in the afternoon along the Vazante do Castelo, until we arrive in the camp at Fazenda Primavera, a beautiful and untouched area, where we will spend the night in the bushes (sleeping in hammocks). The camp provides a comfortable infrastructure: hammock lounge with nets against bugs, kitchen, and bathrooms (female and male). Overnight. (B,L,D)

Day 5: Fazenda Primavera Camp – Recanto Barra Mansa
Early morning departure after breakfast, head to Recanto Barra Mansa. We will enjoy the sunrise while riding. We will continue our trip by the shores of Vazante do Castelo whose landscape changes as we get closer to the region of Rio Negro. We will dedicate the whole morning horseback riding, with a few stops for a snack and a short rest during the trip. We will arrive for lunch at the fazenda. In the afternoon, a boat trip on the Negro River, stopping at the beautiful beaches where we can swim, and practice some sport fishing and rest at an authentic paradise-like scenery. Overnight.

Day 6: Recanto Barra Mansa
Recanto Barra Mansa’s philosophy is based on hospitality, customized attendance and great food. Many tour options and activities are available where you will find amazing wildlife and beautiful sceneries. You can choose from the following: hiking, horseback riding, motorboat excursions, canoeing, nature observation, photographic safaris, bird watching, fishing (piranhas and other species), or other river activities (relax on the marvelous sand beaches and swimming). All tours were carefully designed and are supported by experienced native guides. You can also partake in the authentic culture of the Pantanal with traditional cattle ranching, a visit an authentic school from the Pantanal and neighbor ranches in the area.
