Comprising of two restored 18th century houses elegantly furnished and with period style décor, Pousada do Amparo offers 12 spacious apartments with all modern amenities, many with an ocean-facing balcony and some with a private Jacuzzi. The labour of love is evident throughout this pousada and extends into the restaurant which serves an excellent menu of regional specialities and a selection of international dishes. The pousada also offers a pool, well-tended gardens and a small art gallery.
